1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's emas57 Account to the Player's registered bank account or e-wallet, subject to verification and processing requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring submission of valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or equivalent) and other documents to confirm Player identity, age, and address.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with emas57, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and must not create an account.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

emas57 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in immediate suspension of your Account and forfeiture of any outstanding balance or pending withdrawals.

3.2 Account Creation

Each Player is permitted to register only one Account with emas57. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you are solely responsible for all transactions and bets placed using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify emas57 customer support immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or email.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, emas57 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or other government-issued photo identification showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• A recent selfie holding your identification document next to your face for identity confirmation.

emas57 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested will be restricted, and withdrawal requests will be declined until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

emas57 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri. Transfers are processed instantly during banking hours (typically within 5 minutes) and within 24 hours for off-hours deposits.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay. E-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1 to 3 minutes.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (Indonesian Rupiah fifty thousand). The maximum single deposit varies by payment method but typically ranges from Rp 50.000.000 to Rp 100.000.000. Higher limits may be available for VIP players upon request. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider and banking hours. emas57 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are depositing from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of funds and account closure.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (Indonesian Rupiah one hundred thousand). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your emas57 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

emas57 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1 to 4 hours during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 may require additional security review and may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

emas57 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 per day) may incur an administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per additional transaction. Daily withdrawal limits are set at Rp 50.000.000 per Player unless otherwise approved for VIP accounts. Monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on account status and transaction history.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

emas57 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements refer to the number of times you must play through a bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount on eligible games. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

emas57 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated systems or bots, or any other activity deemed unfair or fraudulent. Players found abusing bonuses will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. emas57 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors in odds, match postponement beyond 48 hours, match abandonment, or any other circumstances where the integrity of the bet is compromised. For live betting (taruhan bola langsung), bets are accepted subject to a slight delay to account for live data transmission. emas57 is not liable for losses arising from data transmission delays.

7.2 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games, slots, and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates. Actual short-term results may vary significantly due to variance.

7.3 Togel (Lottery Games)

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Registering multiple accounts or using the account of another person.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location or identity.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after deposits have been credited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing emas57 staff or other players.
• Money laundering or using emas57 for any illegal purpose.
